二、项目简介：
    明山石雕工艺产品采用芷江明山大理石为原材料，该石质地均匀细腻、色彩纷呈，有“紫袍玉带石”之称，曾为清朝贡品，是加工石雕工艺品和建筑装饰的理想材料。芷江明山石雕工艺厂现主要生产以“九龙砚”为代表的石砚、茶具、仿古器皿等集实用性、观赏性和收藏性为一体的产品。产品曾荣获湖南省农博会金奖。为满足市场需求，拟引进资金扩大生产规模。

    芷江明山石雕工艺厂位于芷江县城区，占地面积600米2，现有民间工艺雕刻师30人。
四、项目进展情况：
    该项目已进行小规模生产，2003年创产值240万元人民币。
五、项目总投资：
    总投资420万元人民币。
六、效益分析：
    年利润最低可达80万元人民币，5年可收回投资。

2.Project description: Minghill stone carving handicrafts take Zhijiang Millhill marble as the raw material. The marble is an ideal material for processing stone carving handicraft and building decoration for its colorful, even and smooth quality. Millhill stone is called ? purple robe and jade belt stone? and had been the tribute to the emperor in Qing Dynasty. The main productions are ink stones, tea sets, and imitations of ancient wares. The productions were honored the Golden Prize in Hunan Agricultural Fair. For meeting the market demands, it needs investment to enlarge the product scale.
3.Undertaking unit: Zhijiang Minghill stone Carving handcraft plant lies in Zhijiang town, with an area of 600 m2. There are 30 folk-carving artistes in existence.
4.Project situation: A small-scale produce has been carried out. The output value is 2.4 million Yuan in 2003.
5.Project investment: The total investment is 4.2 million.
6.Estimate the benefit:The annual profit is 0.8 million Yuan at least. And the investment will be reclaimed in 5 years.
